Start with your cargo
Step 1 of 4 · Add cargoAdd your cargo
Upload your packing lists or start with manual entry. You’ll check the details in the next step.
Start with your packing lists
Choose one or more PDF, Excel or CSV files. You can also attach documents in ChatGPT and ask to extract their cargo here.
Add documents using ChatGPT
On iPhone or iPad, use ChatGPT’s attachment picker instead of selecting files inside the planner.
- Tap Continue in ChatGPT below to return to this conversation.
- Use ChatGPT’s + attachment button to choose your PDF, Excel or CSV files.
- Send the files and ask to add their cargo to Load Planner. The cargo table will reopen for review.
Switching back to the conversation is expected. Your cargo draft is kept when this host supports draft recovery; you may need to select a file again if an upload was interrupted.
Import units: cm and kg per piece
Supported documents
Files are read in this view. Text-based PDFs and spreadsheet tables are supported. Scans or unusual layouts can be attached in ChatGPT for extraction.
Review your cargo
Check the rows below and fill in any missing details before choosing equipment.
Cargo to load
Normalized to cm and kg per piece. For loaded pallets, include the pallet in both dimensions and weight.| Cargo / source | Qty | L cm | W cm | H cm | kg / piece | Fixed orientation | Stack kg |
|---|
How to review the cargo table
Dimensions use cm and weight uses kg per piece. Missing values are highlighted. Check repeated items across documents. The planner automatically tries both floor orientations and keeps cargo upright. Fixed orientation prevents a 90° floor turn for exceptional cargo; Stack kg limits the total weight above a piece and defaults to 0.
Inputs changed. Review cargo and calculate again to update the plan.
Save as an order
Keep these cases to build pallets and automatically plan their transport.
Choose your equipment
Choose Container or Truck. We’ll recommend sizes and quantities, with an optional pallet plan first.
Complete layers may require more pallets. Both choices preserve the dense layer pattern and all weight, height and stacking limits. Whole-tier balancing applies to matching cartons.
Pack case rows onto pallets, then load them with any existing pallets and loose items.
Pallet preferences
Preset dimensions and weights are planning assumptions. Existing loaded-pallet rows already include their pallet height and weight.
Specific equipment and pallet-only planning remain available below the automatic choices.
Choose an equipment type to see its capacity.
Check or adjust equipment dimensions
Dimensions and cargo height in cm; payload in kg. For pallets, height is measured above the deck, overhang is not allowed and no door restrictions apply. Standard sizes and payloads are editable planning assumptions. Clearance reserves space at each side, each end and above cargo. Rear loading assumes straight insertion at the final height, so usable height is limited by the door. Check the actual vehicle, including wheel arches or other obstructions.
Transport checks need actual equipment and cargo information.
Equipment and weight information for assessment
These entries are checked against the draft. Securing-material mass is reserved in each equipment unit during packing. Missing information remains Not checked. For trucks, combination gross mass and axle loads require a vehicle-specific model.

Ready to plan transport?
Save these pallets to your order, then choose Container or Truck. We’ll recommend the sizes and quantity automatically.
Pallet deck height & empty weight
Loaded height and weight include the pallet. Verify these assumptions against your actual pallets.
Pallets use dense tiers and allocate matching cartons according to the selected preference. Containers and trucks prefer floor space before stacking. Load securing still needs review.
Equipment count is a feasible estimate from heuristic packing, not a proven minimum.
Loading-rule assessment
Checks for selected equipment unit
Assessment of supplied inputs only. This is a geometric loading draft, not transport approval. Read the failed checks and missing information before operational use.
3D load explorer
Loading sequence for selected equipment
X from the far end toward the door, Y above the floor, Z across the width. Check door clearance, handling paths, securing, axle loads and transport compliance with your operator.

Choose Container or Truck. We’ll find the sizes and quantity for your pallets.
